在上海虹口曾经左翼文人聚居的山阴路，一位即兴乐手（照骏园）在阳台上吹奏由我制做的“Plaxphone”。这是一支由塑料玩具，廉价生活用品及乐器部件组合而成的乐器。刺耳扭曲的旋律与不时传来的街道噪音互相交织回应着山阴路混杂变换的风景。
On the Shanyin Road, Shanghai, where the left-wing literati used to live, an improvisation musician (J Y-Ciao) played the "Plaxphone" that I made on the balcony. It is an instrument made from a combination of plastic toys, cheap household items and instrument parts. The distorted melody and the occasional street noise were intertwined with the mixed landscape of Shanyin Road.
